Agreeable

The Agreeable WordPress plugin shows a small checkbox on the site's login and registration form.

The user must first agree to the terms if he wants to login or register on the site.

A link to the terms of service can be configured using the plugin's backend settings section.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
