AboutFace is an intranet application that enables you to manage and publish all of your organization's employee information. Unlike a traditional human resources system, AboutFace is designed for use by all employees. AboutFace provides four key functions: employee directory (white pages), employee knowledge index (yellow pages), employee facebook and floor plan manager. AboutFace publishes employee directory information, employee photos, skills and expertise, experience, detailed contact information, and any number of additional user-defined fields through an easy-to-use Web interface. AboutFace also handles your facility information - conference rooms, work rooms, faxes, and publishes all of this information through the same Web interface. An integrated floor plan module allows users to search for people or facilities on 'live data' floor plans.
Version 5.0 supports IIS and SQL Server 2000.
