ngCustomerVoice is a self-hosted alternative to showing customer support modals on your site, usually powered by third-party services like Intercom or Uservoice.
This AngularJS directive allows developers to use their own email server to send the data, adding a layer of security and privacy to your website's custom support service that isn't there when using a another company's solutions.
The way this directive works is very simple, adding a small button to the bottom right corner of the page.
When this button is clicked, a popup window is opened (via ngDialog) and users can type in their message which will be sent to a desired email address when the form is submitted.
Because the plugin can be configured on a page-to-page basis, different email addresses can be used, allowing the emails to be sent to the a company's proper department (HR, support, financial, marketing, etc.).
A demo is included with ngCustomerVoice, but don't forget to run "bower install" before accessing it.
Requirements:
- JavaScript enabled on client side
- AngularJS 1.0 or higher
