It supports XML 1.0, XML 1.1, transaction, embedded access, remote access, client/server mode, memory-only database, compressed database(.ZIP, .JAR, .GZ, .TAR, .BZ2, .TGZ, .TAR.GZ, .TAR.BZ2), SAMBA database(SMB), URL database(http, https, ftp). Through the embedded lightweight Pure Java database engine, XML database can be deployed and accessed on any platform with JVM.
