eXtensible Process Language, XPL, is structured just like XML, but allows special characters (<,>,',",&) in text elements. It can be used whenever you want to include these symbols in XML and provides a great advantage whenever you deal with math / source code as data.
This free converter transforms XPL files into valid XML files. It also ensures that the resulting XML files are encoded as specified, which solves common problems in dealing with foreign languages and special characters such as copyright symbols.
The converter is very easy to use and comes with a demonstration that can be run in a command window via a batch file (Windows) or shell file (Linux) - both included.
