WP Snack Menu

For certain menu options like "Comments" or "Updates" it also shows a counter of items needing attention.

It comes with filters to customize the menu if needed.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
