The user can use the excerpt field to add a meta description to any post or page on the blog.
The plugin allows only the description to be passed via the excerpt field.
Adding a meta description is a good SEO practice, and is usually the text shown when listing search engine results for a query.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
