Even if the plugin name hints that this new user role might be called "Webmaster", the new user role is actually called "Admin".
In the user role hierarchy is right between Administrator and Editor.
It has practically the same access rights as the Administrator user role, except:
- The possibility to update the WordPress core
- The possibility to access the Plugins section
- The possibility to access the Themes section
- The possibility to edit user roles
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
