VideoPress

It embeds a video player in pages and posts (via a shortcode) for video files uploaded and hosted on WordPress.com's VideoPress service.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
