Social Connect Widget

A backend page is provided, where the user can add his social profile usernames and links.

For showing the icons (links to profile pages), a sidebar widget is provided.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
