The Newsletter plugin follows the legally binding process of requiring the user to perform a double opt-in subscription process, one of the few to do so on the WordPress repository.
It will help admins gather a list of user emails and when ready he can easily create newsletters and start getting the word across his userbase with style.
Just install and go to the WordPress admin panel to see its settings and features.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
