Master Slider, even in its free edition, is one of the coolest WordPress slider plugins available at this moment.
Packed full of features, this plugin lets webmasters create complex slideshows, either using starter templates or building new ones from the ground up.
The Master Slider management interface is well-organized and comes with the ability to create multiple slideshows on the same site, automatically generating a shortcode and PHP function which developers can then use to embed in their content or theme templates.
All created sliders are available via a sidebar widget, and can also be imported or exported to other sites as well.
Master Slider is not fixed in using one singular layout and can be configured to show the uploaded images using any type of template and theme.
This makes the slider ideal to be used as a featured content slider on the site's homepage, but also as a normal gallery in various scenarios as well.
You should definitely try Master Slider out, especially since it was created using the latest available coding techniques and technologies.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
The plugin is available for download for free, but for more features a commercial version is also available.
Master Slider is also available in a jQuery version.
