Custom Contact Forms

Developed after Fast Secure Contact Forms or Contact Form 7, great WP plugins for adding custom forms on WP pages, the plugin adds extra customization fields, for even a more accurate integration process.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
