Comment Attachment improves the default WordPress commenting options by allowing users to upload files with their text messages.
If the file can be displayed via the browser, then it can additionally be embedded near the comment itself.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
To modify various plugin settings, just go to WordPress backend->Settings->Discussions.
