CLEditor for WordPress replaces the standard comments textarea with a WYSIWYG editor.
The stand-alone CLEDitor code editor can be downloaded from here.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
