cformsII

cformsII can be used to create forms using a visual interface.

The plugin can be used to build multiple forms and then embed them anywhere on the site.

It allows multiple forms on the same page.

Installation

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
