MacVim

The Macintosh port of the VIM (Vi IMproved) editor.

• Vim 5.7 runtime this archive contains the runtime files needed for Vim 5.7. It has not changed since the 5.7.2 distribution.

What is new in this release:

Updated to patchlevel 9 with an additional patch for virtual column number ($v). It uses the UNIX memory management calls simulated by STDLIB instead of the MemoryManager calls. This is a little bit slower but has the advantage that it actually works:-) You no longer need to enlarge the memory partition, I have succesfully edited a 3 MB file with the default memory setting.
