ClarisWorks (version 3.0 and higher) has the ability to show previews of documents in the Open dialog box, allowing you to get a glimpse of what is in the file without having to open it. This ability requires the use of system extensions. With the Text Preview extension installed, you can see a preview of certain text files, including ClarisWorks word processing documents.
