Visitor Counter Script

While the fashion of using hit counters has slowly died down in the past few years, there are still people interested in showcasing how many times a page or resource has been accessed.

The Visitor Counter Script works in a very simple manner, counting how many times a page has been loaded and storing the value in a local text file.

This value can be adjusted by hand at any time, if ever needing to reset or fake a counter's values.

A config.php file is also provided so webmasters can adjust various style options for the counter itself.

• Set text shadow color
• Set text font size
• Set custom font to use (TTF files only)
• Set text to append to the counter

Requirements:

• PHP 5 or higher
• PHP's GD library
• PHP's safe_mode disabled
