xEpan

xEpan is a drag&drop-based CMS, a tool that can be used by both types of users that normally use a CMS: the high-end professional or the newbie user.

There's an installation wizard to help you set it up and a password-protected administration panel where all the site's settings can be tweaked.

You can easily create page templates using the advanced drag&drop template editor and then use them as the base for your static pages.

Other user accounts can be created in the admin panel, either for the backend or the site's frontend.

The basic xEpan CMS setup should be more than satisfactory to run a simple site, but if you need more functionality, more components can be installed via the backend as well.
