ComfortableMexicanSofa

ComfortableMexicanSofa is the equivalent of any PHP CMS, but ported to work with Ruby, and especially its powerful RoR framework.

So if a developer is well acquainted with RoR's ways of working, he should find it pretty simple to install and deploy ComfortableMexicanSofa as any other Rails app.

What is new in this release:

• CMS served assets have cache buster and are served with proper headers.

What is new in version 1.12.0:

• Wysihtml5 is out and TinyMCE 4 is in. tinymce-rails is a new dependency. You still have option of switching it out for whatever you want.
• Bootstrap 3.1 is in. bootstrap-sass is a new dependency.
• Everything is under Comfy:: namespace. Models, controllers and even routes. Where you had Cms::Page now you have Comfy::Cms::Page
• Admin and public base controllers are Comfy::Admin::Cms::BaseController and Comfy::Cms::BaseController
• View helpers have new names: cms_snippet_content, cms_snippet_render, cms_block_content, cms_block_content_render and cms_block_render.

What is new in version 1.11.2:

• Added {{cms:field:some_label:boolean}} tag.
• Added it locale and fixed up pluralization code.

What is new in version 1.11.0:

• Routing is changed. Instead of ComfortableMexicanSofa::Routing.admin you have to use comfy_route :cms_admin. This new format allows wrapping all cms routes in your custom constraints or things like namespaces (although be careful with those).

What is new in version 1.9:

• No functional changes from last 1.8 version. Making everything work in Rails 4 environment.
