Bitnami ThinkUp Module

As its name suggests, Bitnami ThinkUp Module is a multiplatform and freely distributed module that can be used on top of a Bitnami LAMP installation, specially designed for the ThinkUp software. It is a companion to the Bitnami ThinkUp Stack product that allows you to deploy your own ThinkUp server in minutes, without having to know anything about how to install a web server or database engine.

What is ThinkUp?

ThinkUp is a free and open source web-based application that captures all your activity from a varied area of social networks like Twitter, Google+ and Facebook. Once installed, the software will make it easy to search, organize, analyze and publish items from your social networks.

Installing Bitnami ThinkUp Module

Bitnami's native installers and modules automate the setup of a Bitnami application stack on GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. To install the ThinkUp module on your Bitnami LAMP server, download the file that corresponds to your computer’s hardware architecture, run it and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

Run ThinkUp on the cloud or virtualize it

In addition to installing ThinkUp on your personal computer, either standalone using the Bitnami ThinkUp Stack or on top a Bitnami LAMP server, you can also deploy it on the cloud using Bitnami’s cloud images for the Amazon EC2 and Windows Azure cloud hosting services, as well as to virtualize it using Bitnami’s virtual machines images based on the latest LTS version of Ubuntu Linux and designed to work with the Oracle VirtualBox, VMware EXS and ESXi virtualization software.
