Wide-screen displays are explicitly supported, and large collections are easily handled. Easily deal with 100,000+ images. You can rank images so it shows your favorites more often.
There's many new features with version 4.0, and the Image Delivery Service (IDS) has become a lifetime subscription when you register the wallpaper manager. The shareware version includes a 30-day/20-image free trial of the IDS for new users. The Wallpaper Manager software is fully functional, but a nag screen pops up to remind you to register in the shareware release. There are many cool features like a transparent UI that lets you see the wallpaper underneath, and intelligent and smooth image scaling.
