OuiCal supports the following calendar services:

This small library allows developers to add a special button on their page, which when pushed loads the respective service's interface, with some event details already filled in.
Developers can pre-fill event data like event title, start time, duration, address, description, event type, reminders, and many other more.
An OuiCal demo is included with the download package.
