jQuery Sidebar can show sidebars from the top, bottom, left, or right of the page.
These panels can be opened or closed using separate buttons, or the same button acting like a toggle.
Multiple sidebars can be opened at once, but this is unadvised since it may also cover the toggle buttons and you'll need to refresh the page to close them.
Developers can customize the following jQuery Sidebar settings: open/closing speed, the side from where the panel opens, and the distance it travels inside the page.
Inside the panels anything can be displayed, from raw text, to images, tables, forms, and very complex UI widgets.
Simple demos and installation instructions are included with the jQuery Sidebar download package.
