jquery.ellipsis

jquery.ellipsis is ideal for large text blocks or for blogging excerpts, helping developers keep the length of a text to a desired value.

The ellipsis character can be changed to any other custom sign the developer wishes, or even full-on HTML markup.

Clicking the ellipsis (or the structure added at the end of the text) reveals the rest of the content.

jquery.ellipsis can work with any HTML element that can take text, from lists, to paragraphs, tables and forms.

A demo is included with the download package.
