Javascript Table Of Contents

The Javascript Table Of Contents library works by analyzing a page's structure, extracting all the header tags, and printing them above the page's content.

The newly created table of content is deep-linked, which means that when clicking one of the ToC elements, the user's view is moved to that header.

As you can imagine, this library can be used as an on-page navigation system, and is ideal for long, vertical pages.

Javascript Table Of Contents can also be integrated with various CMS and blogging platforms, and provide a nice way of having summaries at the top of each page.

A demo is included with the download package.
