XN Resource Editor Portable

XN Resource Editor Portable is the lightweight Editor, so you can modify resources, change dll, change icons, recover icons, and change dialog boxes on the go.XNResourceEditor works with all resource files (.RES) and PE modules (.EXE, .DLL, etc.). It supports XP Manifest, accelerator tables and .RC files. It also has special knowledge of modules written in Delphi. It can display all the modules that comprise a Delphi program, and let you edit the properties of the components used on Delphi forms. It can't handle PNG-compressed 128 or 256px icons, though.
