Tiki OS is a simple, open-source and completely free distribution of Linux based on the well-known openSUSE operating system and built around the modern GNOME graphical desktop environment. It is created with the SUSE Studio tool.

While the distribution is available for download as a 32-bit Live CD ISO image, it can be used on both 32-bit (i386) or 64-bit (amd64) computers. The catch is that it only supports 32-bit applications.

The boot prompt of the Live CD is identical in functionality with the one implemented in the official ISO images of the openSUSE operating system, allowing the user to start the live system with default boot options or in safe graphics mode, run a memory test, as well as to boot an existing OS from the local drive.
