When booting the ISO image from the BIOS of a computer, using either a USB thumb drive or a CD disc, the boot menu will prompt users with various advanced boot options, such as the ability to perform a system memory diagnostic test, boot an existing OS from the first drive, as well as to boot the live system in four different modes.The desktop environment is modern, attractive and productive
The operating system features a unique graphical desktop interface, powered by the lightweight Openbox window manager and comprised of a dock (applications launcher) on the right side of the screen, as well as a status bar located on the bottom edge of the screen.Contains all the applications needed for daily use
Among the pre-installed applications, we can mention the Chromium web browser, Emesene instant messenger, Skype VoIP client, Leafpad text editor, AbiWord word processor, GNOME MPlayer video player, Xfburn CD/DVD burning software, Gnumeric spreadsheet editor and guvcview webcam viewer.In addition, the Mirage image viewer, Evince document viewer, Sakura terminal emulator, PCManFM file manager, Xarchiver archive manager and XTerm terminal emulator are also included. Keep in mind though, that the default language is Italian.
