Virus Wars Online for Windows 8 is a two player strategy game, each player grows his colony of viruses into the petri dish and under good conditions can zombify some viruses to gain advantages and position themselves for a win. To win is not a simple task however: you must leave your opponent with no legal moves while he tries to do the same to you. Play against people from around the world, compete, play ranked (to cumulate ELO Rankings) and unranked games for fun. It features select turns with three to seven steps and other exciting options, view your and other player's past games, analyze player styles using an easy history tool, cumulate your wins, losses and ELO Rankings (ranked games only), view other player's Win/Loss records, and ranked or unranked games and multiple timer options.
