There are many desktop modes you can set to configure how you view your alert program. Run in only as tray alert program. A small Sun Devil pop-up will open when alerts are sent. Run it as a tool bar at the bottom of your screen. In this mode you'll have the same pop-up alerts, as well as news tickers and one click access to the different Sun Devil news apps. Run in the floating mode, where you can place the Sun Devil logo anyplace convenient for you on your desktop. Roll over it with your mouse, and it will show you the ticker and available news apps. This is a small program that requires minimal system resources, about the same amount of memory as when you run your web browser The total download file size is small, and when installed, it requires less than 10MB of disk space.
