Glow for FB shows beautiful Facebook notifications right on your menu bar with a glowing "f".
Missing Mountain Lion's Facebook integration? With Glow for FB you get a menu bar app, that informs you with a glowing "f" as soon as something happened on Facebook. It helps staying away as long as possible and being productive instead!
Once there's something new, a notification will appear which you can click to open Facebook instantly. It's that simple.
What is new in this release:
- Facebook Smileys in message previews now appear as Emojicons
- You can now exclude group conversations (more than 3 persons)
- Faster Notification checking after app start
- You can now mark General Notifications (new Likes, Comments, etc.) as read by ALT-clicking the glowing 'f'
- Or by clicking the new corresponding menu item
(messages and friend requests not possible at the moment due to Facebook restrictions)
