Sequence Counter is a simple and handy utility that will enable users to analyze the number of sequences that can be finding in a fasta, tab or fastq file. Sequence Counter has an intuitive drag and drop graphical user interface (GUI) and are written in C#. The application will count the contained sequences and display their number momentarily.
