BioCIE is a usefull tool for fluorescence microscopy. Emission filter sets are often aproximated by pure red, green or blue according to the RGB color space. The process is the source of errors. BioCIE is a free, easy to use and unique tool intended for coloring in spectroscopic colors by specifying wavelengths of emitted light. You should only enter specifications for your filters, and BioCIE will do the rest.
