This component can be used in RSS feed management, both as a client as a server app.
RSS.cfc was created before the launch of ColdFusion 9, where RSS feed parsing and writing is supported by default via the cffeed method.
The component works in CF9+, but it's not as complete as the native cffeed functionality.
