Take A Break is an application that allows you to configure a rest period every 2 to 60 minutes at which time, your screen is partially blanked. The idea is to encourage the user to take a micro break, stand up, do some stretches, look away from the screen, all the things which serve to keep us healthy while working in front of a computer screen.
