Fastlock is a small and fast utility to block the screen activity until you unlock it with a password. Notice that this tool blocks every windows control: Alt+F4, Task Manager, WinButton, and Alt+Tab. Fastlock is an only a temporary solution to lock your screen. Fastlock can be unlocked through a windows restart.
