Doodler allows you to draw just about anything you want right on your Windows desktop or any other program interface.
The program stays minimized in the system tray until you use it. Then, it displays a pencil jar ready for you to use. You can use either the marker or the pen in six different colors, and erase whatever you draw by just clicking on the "x" sign in the pencil jar.
