Museek

Museek is a soulseek client for Linux and quite possibly other platforms (MacOSX and FreeBSD 4 will not work).

Please note that this is still alpha quality and might not work on your system.

Museeq:
· Search filters
· Slightly brushed up user info icon (thanks, daelstorm!)
· Get place in queue ("update" in the context menu for downloads)

· Scripting support using QSA (QtScript for Applications) (comes with uptime script, and Now Playing on Steroids. Thanks for the MPD code, Schee)

Museekd:
· Share to buddy only mode (has to be enabled manually)

· Some important fixes in the listener code, should fix all/most of the cannot connects that seemed to (and did) happen randomly
· Play a small game of ping pong with the server to determine the time difference on connect (used for private message timestamps)

Muscan:
· Use actual bitrate, not nominal bitrate for OGG/Vorbis

Musetup:
· Use a template instead of the clumsy config initialisation
· Handle shared dirs with spaces in them properly

Build system:
· Use libxml++-2.6 if libxml++-1.0 can't be found
· Don't pollute the filesystem with .sconsign files
