Besides that, there's support for YUI Compressor and Closure Compiler compatibility, built-in JavaScript template support, ahead-of-time gzipping, and optional Data-URI / MHTML image embedding.

What is new in this release:

Added the ability to pass HTML tag options to include_javascripts.
Fixed a bug that would always cause JS to be recompiled, regardless of mtimes.
