The "Urls for Humans" library's main feature is its light core which allows it to be used without having to deal or debug with a large codebase just to tweak a thing here and there.
The library's name is quite self-explanatory, helping developers map complex URL paths to a much simpler naming scheme, one that can be easily read and remembered by its users.
There are of course some libraries that already do this, but most of them have flaws and one of them is not being able to handle ID changes.
Urls for Humans does this very well, basically by including the ID with the URL slug in one way or another.
This way if users change basic settings which are reflected in the URL scheme, the URL will not redirect the user to someone else's page.
Ruby on Rails support is also included.
