WP-Slimbox2 Plugin

Just by adding a simple rel attribute to an image, it will open inside a floating modal window.

Instructions on how to use the rel attribute are provided within the package's README file.

The plugin uses version 2 of the Slimbox modal image viewer.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

What is new in this release:

• Ability to use rel="nolightbox" to exclude an image.
• Ability to customize image link URLs by simply placing '/DESIRED URL/' in front of the caption.
• Grouping of Flickr, Picasa and other images combined. Autoload groups by selector, lightbox groups by rel.
• Removal of WPlize in favor of built in option arrays.
• Fix for settings initialization issues.
• Option sanitization.
