The plugin is basically a WordPress implementation of the TWG Flash Uploader.
Wordpress Flash Uploader is actually made up of two separate plugins.
The first is named 'Wordpress Flash Uploader' and deals with the task of uploading and managing files.
The second is named 'Sync Media Library' and deals with synchronizing the WordPress built-in Media Library with the TWG Flash Uploader file library.
This later part is the most powerful, allowing a selective sync of what should be and what should not be synced between the two file managers, and also supporting cron jobs which enable it to perform scheduled syncs.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
