The highlighting is done via simple PHP code accessible from the Views UI.
Installation:
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
Build a View
Select "Table Highlighter" as the View's style
Modify the example PHP code provided to highlight the intended rows
