By default, WordPress doesn't come with an easy to embed contact form.
This means webmasters have either to install a plugin to do this, or they have to hardcode a contact form in their theme's source files.
The Smart Forms plugin allows developers add a special section in the WP backend, specifically designated for building contact forms.
Smart Forms allows the admin to grab desired form field types and drag them to the form using their mouse. This will add them to the form.
Clicking on already added fields will bring up a special window where the settings of those fields can be edited in depth.
Smart Forms can manage more than one form and all produced forms can be embedded in posts and pages via a shortcode, and inside the sidebars via a widget.
Also, all forms come with mobile support out of the box, so you can be assured they'll render properly on any device.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
