SM Debug Bar

It catches PHP activity and prints it on the top of the page inside a floating panel.

The developer can then read the outputted data and optimize the site's performance.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
