It comes with a JavaScript form validation and once the post has been submitted, it can be saved as a draft in the admin interface.
The user must be logged in, otherwise they are shown a log in form.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
