SharePress allows a webmaster to securely tie his website to a Twitter and Facebook account.
If configured properly, every new post or page on the website will be added to the timeline of those accounts, as a link back to the original content.
A cross-posting template can be used, so more than just a link can be posted. This includes images, a small descriptive text, hashtags, etc..
SharePress also includes a scheduling system as well, perfect for delaying posts when adding more than one article at a time. Of course this can be achieved via WP's built-in post/page scheduling system as well.
If you lack new content but have a big article database, re-postings of older content is also possible.
Support for the older WordPress MU platform and WordPress installations in Multi-Site mode is included with SharePress as well.
