The list can be inserted into any post or page, continually updating it at will as new submissions come in.
Using a form displayed with the list, anyone can propose and immediately submit a URL of interest, adding a title and identifying themselves if they choose to.
From the admin menu the webmaster can determine which links to display, add links directly, and edit and update all content.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
